Default Remote Locking Signal Weak

Hi All,

I've got remote locking installed (aftermarket, but don't know the brand). My remote started working from less and less distance and now it doesn't really work unless I'm in the car.
I've changed the battery in the remote thinking it is that but it's still the same. Does anyone know what might be happening?
Thanks.

Adi

Hmm.. long-shot, but any chance it's the car battery being a bit more drained than usual?

Maybe some interference with something.

Go see Macey at Westside Car Audio or even pop into Ashley Electrical to identify what alarm system you have. From there you can diagnose or see a specialist like Macey to fix it.

Battery was replaced about 6months ago, and the car is starting just like it did when it was new, so I can't see that being the reason.
I will go see Macey and see what could be the reason. Thanks guys.
