But, put simply, if you want to improve induction, fit a silicon intake pipe onto the front end of the turbo. (L shaped, do a search for decent brands/prices).

Then you can fit a CAI, (cold air intake), from the air filter to the piece of pipe that holds the AFM, (as you aren't running MAP), and get the silicon short fat joiner, and you should be pretty well sussed.

Will need tune to compensate new air flow, however, will be more than worth it, for gain and induction noise.

Brent.
send me any links??

Get yourself a Apexi Power Intake. Get it for your model of wrx and it will bolt straight on. It will save your AFM also as it is a dry filter.

Sigh.

Search process west, CAI, for 01-07 Subaru for memory. Buy this. (it has the AFM mount in the pipework).

Then.

Search prospeedracing for silicon intake and short fat bit.

Install, tune, enjoy. You're lucky I'm tired.... Lol.

If you are talking about their induction kit (with the big ram air scoop + resonator elbow)...then no it is not worth it, its around $450...you can get yourself a decent cold air intake + silicone intake pipe for that kind of money.
