The reason people weren't giving you "simple" answers is that with those mods your ECU cannot cope and there is every chance that your engine is running lean and is on its way to destroying itself by pinging.
So people were actually being helpful by telling you to get a PowerFC or whatever and tune your car

When I first did tbe exhaust I got 15kw extra to stock on my bug was about 120 odd kw... Now with link ecu, said exhaust, bigger topmount, vf34 p20 , 550cc injectors , headers boost controller and about 1.3 - 1.4 bar but tuned for 1.5 bar = about 200 kw reason I say about is I do not have a dyno chart for my last tune after my last round of engine mods based on last dyno with stock ecu tuned for my mods

The reason you are not getting a straight answer, is there are 100's of threads on this already.

Without any specifics of modifications, you could make less power than stock or lots more power. It is completely unknown.

Have a look through the horsepower thread for similar modifications to get an idea on power. Or list up the exact mods you have for the tune.

You'll get a good 20-25% increase in power and torque over the baseline figure.
