Jamie, I think the spacers that change the stud pattern are more like 20 to 25mm thick. They have to accomodate a wheel nut within, so 10mm isn't going to happen. (unless they're pretty f'king clever?)

I'll get some physical measurements of the spacers and go from there.

How wide are the rims? Standard is +48 on a 7" wide rim.
SH9 guards are huge so I reckon even with 20-25mm spacers you'd get away with it. Are you planning on running coilovers?
Oh and I'm running S.Drives from tirerack, do recommend, I got them cheaper then the last set of them I got a few years ago.

Could machine up a set using large countersunk bolts? What are your thoughts on that idea Doug?

yeah doug is 100% correct - as usual

^^ thats pretty much how they work russ, the spacer has to be thick enough to have enough meat to hold the spacer to the rotor & enough thickness to conceal the bolt head that holds it there without fouling on the back of the wheel

alternatively you could try something like this jme:

this could get the thickness down to 10-15mm no doubt

8.5 wide, +55 offset. With even 20mm spacers it would bring it down to +35 which with the large guards as suggested would allow room to play. Using HSD's so plenty of strut to tyre clearance in any case.

That's what I have in mind, have asked pro speed to confirm measurements, as all dialogue on the net i've found shows them to be 10 - 15mm spacers dependant upon application.

EDIT: Troy confirms 15mm spacer for this application. I think they'll work perfectly.
