Talking Alloy Radiator Fitment

ok so my radiator finally came this morning (after several delays including a plane crash and two train derailments) and are there any tips or tricks anybody can give me? it should be pretty straight foward, just need to make sure i don't have any air leaks. ill take photos and do a write up if people really want? but yeah, s'all pretty self explanatory i think. anybody in hillarys can come poke a stick at it if you want, lol il probs drop it in round three when i get back from uni.

Make sure you disconnect the fans before trying to pull the radiator out. This can be an annoying mistake.

Some info about coolant flush here

Good luck, post up pics etc when finished!

Good job squid. I recommend that you run an earth wire from the radiator to the body. This will help prevent electrolosis.

.........fml what are the chances of this one leaking? just opened garage door and there is a pool of green coolant on the ground thinking/hoping its just the hose at the bottom not sealing - what can i do to make it fit tighter? the clamp is done up all the way, and was fairly tight, didn't wriggle, but i might go supercheap and get a decent hose clamp and cramp the fuck out of it so it doesn't leak again...haha definitely going to need more coolant now
