Wheel vibration! Help!!

hey guys,
ive noticed that my wheel vibrates whilst turning left and occasionally right (more so left) but goes away once the turn has been made. its worse when i turn under boost. i noticed it started occuring after i took a left turn pretty quick which got me a little crossed

but now regretting it...
any help on what i may have done??
