Default Miss firing problem

Hi Guys

I have a similar issue with my MY99. I Change IACV and cleaned AFM.
Idle was fixed by the change in IACV but is still missing on normal driving.

Will this also be the throttle body solenoid or is that the same as IACV.

Any other ideas.
Plugs are 40000kms old
Dont know if leads have been replaced.
Car dosent miss when you put your foot down, just highway driving

That sounds more like a faulty sensor then. Maybe AFM.

Hi Guys

Swapped the AFM for a good one

It stopped the miss firing but made the idle all stuffed up. Running rich
Idle was either to high or to low and would stall.

Going to change Oxegen sensor to see if that fixes it then its off to the tune
shop.

Does anyone have a working Oxegen sensor for sale MY99

Any suggestions

You could give you IACV a clean to. Sits on your throttle body. Do a search for cleaning DIY's.
