Default Tein SuperStreet Recommended Settings?

My car has come with a set of Tein SuperStreet Coilovers already fitted which have only done a few hundred km’s. Unfortunately there is no paperwork or instructions with them.

Can anyone confirm the recommend factory settings for the rebound/damper setting?

Can anyone recommend a tested setting for track work?

Thanks

They need to be set up for your car. Factory setting is in the middle. Wind the adjuster all the way out, then all the way in, count the clicks, put it half way. There are 16 clicks of adjustment in total. SO that would make it 8 clicks out.
Talk to suspension specialist or one of the workshops on here to see what settings others are using.

I have mine set up 2 clicks stiffer on the back. But my car doesn't touch a track........yet.
Plus I have EDFC, so no twiddling knobs for me.

mines a liberty not a rex, but I just run full soft for the road.
track depends on tires but usually nearly full hard in the rear and about halfway in the front. On better tires I can soften the rear a little, but honestly it doesnt make a huge difference to laptimes having it on different settings.

EDFC is set to full soft on my monoflex's for street.

Track, depends on your alignment setup and other mods.
