Not scared to admit if it does eventually turn out in a fk up, thing is it doesn't matter to me that much...
I'm going to give it my best shot at getting it to work, be it camber or control arms as I really want that size/concave look... if it really doesn't then new rubber/wheels.

Now help Tony^

I got perhaps a little bored, so I went through a few different hellafrush sizes to give people an idea of the fitment: Please note the amount of work / pull to fit these wheels before you empty your wallet.

This is 18x10 +18 on a WRX

This is 17x9 +10 on a WRX

This is 18x9.5 +30 on a WRX

Please note the amount of work / pull to fit the wheels

This is 18x9.5 +35 on a WRX

This is 18x9.5 +38 on the front of a WRX...

*hopefully this stands out amongst all the other crap going on.
18x8.5 +40 clear brembo with a little room to spare... It is quite tight, so that would explain why CRAWL3R wanted small spacers.

I think if Rocket Bunny has taught us anything it would be that any wheel size is possible with enough fibreglass:

Just for even more extreme, how about 18 x 11.5 +0 with 315/30 tyres.

You know you have gone too far when your ridiculous wheels poke out past your over-fenders.

I would settle with a more sensible 18x11 +10

IF he fits them under the guards with minimal camber and tyre stretch he will have my respect for perseverance... but at the moment it looks like the camber and stretch situation could unfortunately look like this:
