Safe or aggressive?
Just another one scanning the forums and thought I'd ask for some Aussie knowledge
Looking at RPF1 for my 08 WRX narrow body hatch
17x9, +45 or +35
Yes I will be getting MCA coilovers (not scared to run camber if required) on her prior to wheel purchase and yes I'm willing to roll guards
Any advice please and thanks, legends!
I'm new to Subaru fitment (done a huge amount of research) coming from my low Toyota Lux with 16x8 -10 offset..

I had 18x9 +43 at one point on my betty. Rear guards must be rolled, front tyre is close to the struts. But other than that it fits. It was about -1 front and -2 rear for these shots

Default 17 x 7.5. Bola B1 rims on GC8

I know it's been done to death
But has anyone fitted 17 x 7.5 With an offset of ET40 onto a GC8?
I'm fitting 215/45/17 AD08R s. Brand of wheel is the Bola B1 from the UK
Any help please in terms of clearance and rubbing?

Hey guys, recently purchased a 2011 WRX Premium and I'm having a bit of a dilemma with wheels and tyres, hoping you can help!

The car came with aftermarket wheels which are quite nice but they are 19" Koya Racing RG TEK...can't find any info on offset but seeing as how they sit nicely there is a strong possibility they are 8.5 with +40?

Anyway, new tyres are needed. Currently I find the ride a bit harsh, probably due to the current tyres being 225/35-19. One option which I have been considering is moving to an 18" rim. But I am now thinking, would it be possible to keep the existing rims and maybe get a 40 profile tyre? Currently no suspension mods so hopefully scrubbing shouldn't be an issue.

They should clear the brembos but they are not gonna fit inside the guards. That wouldn't even fit under a betty and they have huge guards.....
