I have the rear set to hard and the front to soft. Trying to eliminate understeer/induce oversteer.
But that is in a GC8, with altered suspension and other handling elements added.

Put a Perrin 25mm kit in today, set to middle, + endlinks .. so nice. Backed off the HSD's to setting 4 and it's perfect.
Agree with Master D. Turn is is great, no roll at all at the rear. Not seen what the quality like is on the whiteline stuff, but Perrin is awesome gear.

Whiteline 22 front and 24 adj rear on middle setting
Cusco 21mm front 22mm rear on middle setting(or last for me for maximum over steer) generally its the middle setting for most swaybars will give you a "neutral ish" setting head over to RAC skidpan and with tools and test each setting for your liking....

You can't really have no understeer or oversteer. It's going to be biased one way or the other. It is also not like your car will suddenly become RWD and power slide out of every round about, it just means at the absolute limit either the front or rear will be prone to slide first.
Personally I'd prefer the rear to slide as with understeer it is 'safer' (factory default on most cars) but I hate the sensation of the fronts sliding and having no steering input available. (You slide in a straight line, and if being a goose, straight line into a tree or something) Setting a swaybar to 'soft' is basically like having a smaller bar in the car. I.e. if you get a 24mm rear bar and set it to soft/medium it will act like a 22mm bar. I'd check with a suspension shop like Wheels World on what they recommend for bar thicknesses as quickly looking it seems like you will want a larger front bar than rear bar (i.e. 22F & 20R or 24F & 22R).

Im running ( on an MY03 ) a rear whiteline 24mm adjustable set in the middle of the three settings, result = much less understeer

I run 24mm front on soft and 22mm medium on rear, this has given my car a very neutral handling car. My research was based on working on my fathers open wheel race cars.
Only problem I have now is my springs are to stiff

22mm front 24mm rear for me as recomended by wheels world. Car now handles very neutral. Depending on how I drive changes if it oversteers or understeers.
