Mesh over FMIC, what's the difference - You can see my standard radiator or a/c condensor through my front air dam, do i need mesh?

They can check whatever they please.

If tint is listed on the infringement, then they will check ALL the tint.

As long as everything on your car is legal, you don't have to kowtow to inspectors, they are accountable for their actions just as much as anyone else in the public service. If I scored a sticker for a stock item, I'd be making a big noise to their boss, and their bosses' boss etc until the issue was resolved.
Cops can sticker whatever they please, however they see fit.

If its an of the showroom floor, brand spanking VE Omega, they can still sticker it. Just need a reason, "Check vehicle roadworthyness" should suffice.

Let it drive the car full time and this will avoid getting a sticker in the first place.

Ah ok cheers, I just wasn't sure if they were able to, like the cops only have the little thing that slides over the window.
