Default Defect notice

Okay guys, as some of you may remember, I got defected for my 20's. Anyway, no big deal, swapped wheels over to some STI's which he cleared fine. He then put down my car is too low and my exhaust system "need's to comply".

Car is an 02 WRX sedan (non sti).

I measured my car from the lowest point and got 70mm, which is fair enough after swapping the wheels over it now sits lower.

Can I swap just the front springs out or do I need to get all four done?

As for the exhaust system he said to me it need's to have two mufflers. It's not that loud being my main concern but he said it need's two mufflers regardless of the db level. A DB level was not tested for on the day of inspection.

At one stage there was a "hot dog" in the exhaust that has been removed prior to me purchasing the car. This is what he is referring too.

Any help?

Have done lots of research but keep finding mixed opinions and info which is giving me a head ache haha.

Would look odd with only the front raised, even though it may only be that way for a "short" time.

Coil overs, wind em up, wind them down, but as I think your going to sell it...

Yeah mate, the car is sold! It's crazy, same thing happened last time selling my ute haha. Must have some of the worst luck going I think.

Will just get all four put in, that is if I can find a set.

Gotta deliver the car to the guy this w/e.
