I am about to buy this exhaust off ebay

HI FLOW TURBO BACK EXHAUST KIT SUBARU WRX 1992 - 06 | eBay

Can anyone confirm it will fit my WRX MY02 Hatch Bugeye without modification , as I can't afford to buy another one if it dont fit.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!

It looks very similar to my former china spec one now on Gordons car. It is not pretty. Gearbox mount on dump most likely will not line up. But it will give you the note. De-cat if you wish for flames. Large, shiny, sideways pointing muffler is police eye catching. And mine did hang under the car noticeably, (unlike the Butler). But, you get what you pay for.

Exact same system from the exact same ebay shop is fitted on my car.

Took 4hrs to fit and works/sounds AWESOME.

Doesn't hang that low under my car and no the gearbox mount on dump doesn't line up "Like 90% of the aftermarket ones" its NOT needed.

^ It's not pretty? What the? No idea what your looking at but the stainless steal/ welds / build quality are FAR better than what I expected and FAR better than some of the local ones I've seen.


The Cannon on the back is large and is slightly sideways pointing "Looks great"

I dont think you will have ANY problems fitting this as upi have a Bugeye its a good idea to fit the CATless up-pipe "I didnt need this but its a good idea that you fit it on your car. ( Add an extra 2hrs for this its a big job )

I followed the Fobz guide and had no problems at all with fitting.

If you are getting a workshop to fit, I'd be asking for a install price first and comparing it to their own supply and fit exhausts.

Sometimes by buying cheap china, it costs more to install and you are worse off.

A large deal of the supply and fits are often the same zorsts made in the same chinese factory!

Easy to install yourself.

Speaking about being a cop magnet. Is it illegal exhaust? ie too noisey.
All Star are only charging $250 for exhaust fit but it is $100 an hour if they need to make adjustments to it.
Also the up pipe will cost $350 to fit with no guarentees it will fit but they said they can source a second hand uncatted one cheap. There is a HKS Up Pipe for $80 second hand but new in box I could pick up this Saturday if you guys think it would be better.

Sorry also , do you think there would be much more performance gain going with the Xforce 3inch system that All Star do vs the one mentioned. There's is built better and has an oval muffler but will work out $700 dearer which cant afford considering Im getting the Verso tune , up pipe , bigger fuel pump etc.
P.S love the flames out of the exhaust comment but would definatly get pulled over in a second with that!!!
