Unsure if this is from the AU spec or the US spec, but I downloaded a PDF from this forum ( thanks Stace) shows as above, ie vehicle speed sensor B17 has 3 pins,

pin 3 connects to pin 4 on the ignition switch via fuse 18,
pin 2 goes via B100 F2, F60 E3 to eatrh,
pin 1 is a bit more complex, from pin 1 it goes to B135 (ECM) pin 26 but also connects to the combination meter i11 pin 2. this connection goes through B37 i2 at pin 25.

Yeah, I'm just looking at the ECU. That's the other end of the plug

Motec manual as posted by Stace confirms it is B136 Terminal 13.

Now I wonder what freaking manual I have then...

yup, subaru for a strange reason changed the plug numbering/names.

From further delving into the pdf manual, the manual looks like its for a left hand drive car, so I would guess its USDM then.
