Default Replaceing Cam cover / rocket cover gasket??

Hello all, Well this is my first post.. have been doing alot of reading on here.. and found most of my answers with out the need to post. I'm not new to working on cars. But this will be the first job for my 97 GC8E EJ20G. There is oil leaking out the bottom of the cam / rocket covers. So i presume i just replace the seals and everybody will be happy. This has to be done to pass a road worthy test. This might sound like a stupid question. But is there enough room in the engine bay without removing the engine to replace the cam / rocket cover gaskets? I have not worked on my WRX engine yet.. so didn't know if there is any like long bolts in that area that may cause issues. I thought i would ask here first. Thanks for any help, :-) Tim.
