LoL

That motor has done SFA To be honest.

Do your injector upgrade then put a VF34 or TD05 on it, push 18 or 20psi out of it and laugh your way over 200kw

I think the 2009 onwards STI has nitrated cranks.

From what I have read looking around the place I do believe the USDM STI 257 OEM crank is cross drilled.

It will be fine. Boost it.
Mates running a 304 5 litre with a T04Z on 16psi and making 540 atw ffs. Standard block. Unopened and done 160,000kms.
Another mate same setup 9psi and making 360.
Boost it.if it fails then your down a block. Big deal.

I have a USDM sti 2.5 crate motor & the crank was not cross drilled in any way. It was just nitrated, I have just assembled it into a aussie 2.5 motor and shipped it to the ACT for a mate.

I then replaced the crank with a bog stock one ( non heat treated ) , before assembly it went to Tony Knight at Knight racing motors SA to be oil phased. The photo is in the link above showing the modifications.
