That motor has done SFA To be honest. Do your injector upgrade then put a VF34 or TD05 on it, push 18 or 20psi out of it and laugh your way over 200kw

I think the 2009 onwards STI has nitrated cranks.
From what I have read looking around the place I do believe the USDM STI 257 OEM crank is cross drilled. |

It will be fine. Boost it.
Mates running a 304 5 litre with a T04Z on 16psi and making 540 atw ffs. Standard block. Unopened and done 160,000kms. Another mate same setup 9psi and making 360. Boost it.if it fails then your down a block. Big deal.

Neil, 304 5 litre= Holden jazz.
302= ford.
