Can anyone in the know tell me the difference between these 2 ECU's. The 1T is mine the the 4B is from pompland on e-bay as I can't find an auto ECU one in Aus.

WHat sort of car is yours?
If they're of the same year and model car they should be interchangable. But the actual engine mapping for two different countries could put your engine in danger.
I wouldn't be just plugging it in without putting it on a dyno and having a look at air/fuel ratios and ignition timing or knock.

At the moment I am just trying to fault find as the greater issue is the car not starting. :-)
I doubt its the immo as the mil light has no fault codes. The motor turns but does not fire as there is no
spark or fuel. So the reason why I suspect the ECU as it has power going to it but nothing coming out
to even switch over the main relay.
