HMmm Tall Poppy Syndrome in the house!

Mate have a go, Do your homework on internals as there are many combinations that produce varied results as you would know.

I spent 9 months buying the parts for my race engine a few years ago and paid someone to build it as I am somewhat accident prone....but i taught myself to do everything else on the car Tral, error, google and a couple of blokes in the know is all you need... go for it.

Post up the thread who knows you might inspre more people here to do it....instead of hiding behind a keyboard and trying to knock everyone else down.

Definitely taken on what people have said, and it may make some happy to know ill will definitely fuck a few things up. But that's where we can all learn.

The plan:
1) pulling apart an broken ej255
2) put it back together again
3) getting the parts together to complete and engine, with the help of a Subaru specialist as to good combinations
4)start my build with a Subaru tech
5) drop the engine in
6) tuning
7) winning
