Default 18x8.5" on 07 wrx?

Will 18x8.5" Rota grids fit on my 07 wrx. I've been looking in the wheel figment thread but didn't really find what I was looking for. Whats the biggest tire I can put in without having the guards rolled. Yes I searched.

What's the offset?

I have seen 8.5" width on a WRX before, so pending offset specs it may.

I think the Rota grids come in 18 x 8.5 +44, they will fit no worries. You'd probably look at running a 225/235 tyre on those rims. Depending on how low your car is will depend on if you will need to roll the guards. You may find it only really kisses the guards on heavy cornering or with weight in the back. If you don't do either of those often, then there is nothing to worry about

18x8.5 +43 on mine, pretty flush. Needed everything rolled when i went low.

Bear in mind as well with tyre/rim choice, as in some combinations you will have an exposed rim lip meaning you go anywhere near a kurb on a certain angle and you're going to cop damage.

225's on 8.5's for me give me an exposed lip.
235's would probably be ok.

For sure, It seems most of the rims we tend to go for have exposed outer edge though with the type of tyres we choose run in in an effort to:

a) look good
b) achieve tire tuck
c) go low
