Default 07 wrx tune - COULD A MOD PLEASE LOCK THIS THREAD.

I am installing a 3"TBE onto my 07 wrx and alot of people have pointed out i will need a tune. This will be the only engine mod i am going to do to the car for a few years so i dont mind getting a tune now. Whats on offer, i do t have a clue about anything to do with tuning and the cheaper the better obviously.

Replacing the ECU with an aftermarket unit is going to be expensive though? I want to know if their are any options that dont involve having to change The ECU.

There is the answer.
A reflash of the ECU means changing parameters inside of the ECU, nothing more.

Give these guys a call to ask for more details on what they do, how they achieve it and the prices involved.

Verso is a flash tune of you stock ECU. You don't need to replace the ECU.

Ya both those options don't require a new ECU.

Verso is $990 last time I checked.

Edit: Beaten by these guys above^^ !

Just names for different packages that sort of achieve (within reason) the same outcome.

Had the re-flash done.

Just curious as to what you guys though of the graph. The original tune is kinda weird is it normal?
