IMO, if you can live without the boxer rumble, buy EL headers. You wont get much benifit from UEL headers with your current set-up versus the cost. At least with EL headers you'll pick up some rpm on spool and get an increase in torque.

A cheaper option, but ur only going to get a max of 10WKW gain
with headers and insulation wrapping (FF&R did a write up on this)
from the graph it looks like ur turbo is holding u back.
These above are equal length so u will lose the rumble, I'm in
agreeance with u about this being just plain wrong for a WRX.
