There's a car hire place next door to asg
Get a Getz for the day for 30
Cheaper than a cab

Drop car off at asg in the morning
Pick up hire car
Drive home
Drive back next day
Return hire car
Pick up,car
Win?

Probably not as the Link does not read the AFM.

Most aftermarket ECU's have a few little annoying quirks that you either live with or gradually polish out over several sessions of fine adjustment and tuning. The original Subaru tune would have had months if not years of research and fine tuning over all climatic conditions so it never stalls, pops or farts, gets good economy, clean emissions etc.

The other option is to pay ~$100 and get your car transported there on a tilt tray.

A link44S is an old ecu, known for not being very fuel efficient due to low resolution.

Its time to move on.

i drive 400k's each way to get work done on my car! no sympathy for your 40 min hike in a city full of ace public transport.. argree in no compromise when it comes to looking after these machines. give it back to ASG as they prob have the best chance of sorting it out with history of the car and tune. unless you want a new ecu but guessing your not keen in forking out 1-3k
