Default CV Removal Help

Okay well I finally got around to installing the new CV joints on my 2006 Liberty that I bought and I have encountered a small issue.

I cannot get the CV out. It seems to have fused with the hub.
I have tried WD40, and even an axle puller as pictured, and it simply does not move.
With the puller, its so tight that I feel that if I try turning it more, something will break and kill me.
I also thought I may have missed something, such as a pin, but I cant see any sign of a pin.
I also have yanked on the hub and the CV doesn't pop out of the transmission either, so I am guessing that'll be seized also.
WTF.

What do I do......

They can get very seized, try shocking it with a hammer, also try spray some wd40 or the like in there, tighten the nut, undo and repeat a few times, can help to loosen up
If the gearbox side doesn't have a pin you will have to use a pry bar to pop it out, they have a circlip that holds it in place
Also are you trying to remove the shaft from the hub without the gearbox side of the shaft removed?

It will come out with heat. Get an oxy and heat it up(make sure the axle is dry or you may turn into the human tourch) if the car has a pin holdin the shaft in at the gear box that pin will need to be knocked out. If it doesn't then you will loose gear box oil.

Yeh I will go at it again with the hammer and some WD40 tomorrow.

Do not hit the shaft with a hammer as it will mushroom am you won't get the nut back on.if you have a brass punch then use that to hit it or put the nut back on and hit the nut

I have a brand new CV here to use. Couldn't care less if the old shaft gets a bit damaged.
I just want the thing out.
