Default injector and maf

Has any one got a set of side feed injectors and a working mac laying around for a gc8. Would like to eliminate possibilities why the motor does not rev. Many say mac but I recon cause the car stood for so long maybe the injectors are clogged or poked.

What year gc8?
Injectors are different.

Have you checked / cleaned maf sensor?
Checked for any air leaks or air line off intake?
Dropped fuel for fresh fuel? If sitting a longtime?

What does it sound like? It is starving of fuel? You can hear when you depress throttle, is it gasping?

What colour is the label on the AFM? I have a spare green and a spare purple label at home.

There is no change in sound. Taken the TMI of. Turbo spins. It splutters and farts around 90RPM. Fresh fuel in. New fuel filter. Plenty pressure from the fuel pump. Heavy fuel smell from the exhaust. I did notice that the air T-connection from the turbo to where ever is broken. I have not cleaned the MAF. Did not know it could be. But will true it tonight and check what colour the label is.

Oh. It ia a 98 WRX Auto Silver Edition... ?

Just checked the MAF. Clean as. Seems to be 2 probes. One with a filament effort and another with a diode looking electrode. All in tact

The purple label AFM doesn't fail as often as the ones on the 99/00 models but are a lot more expensive to replace if they do go. They can look fine and actually be dead. I have a spare here if you need to borrow it but I am on the opposite side of the border.

As above and or go and grab a can of contact cleaner & give it a spray..
Also,
Checked plugs & coil leads / packs?
Does it die when "revved"?
Can you gently rev up?
Checked all connections to injector's?

No. It does not rev up if I depress the throttle. Throttle butterfly opens. It just sits at below 100RPM or peters out. Will make a video. May help.
