Wrong filter, you need an in tank fuel filter, under carpet in the boot, close to the seat on the right hand side. Fuel pump assembly needs to come out to replace. The fuel filter they have you fits impreza 2005 and before, most foresters(na) use them too

Aren't they the fuel pressure regulators aka FPR?
