I made about that with my vf34 and 264 cams, vipec tuned by Sean...Something doesn't seem right, a td06 should go harder. Would be lag city though. What boost?

My track piece of shit was essentially a standard STI 207 with a TD06. Standatd STI cams & nothing else to increase the power at all, running 1.4 bar boost on 98 fuel and made around the 330hp figure. If I had a set of cams, I would have been touching on 340 - 350 I think. Put another .2 bar into it, taking it upto 1.6 bar & I could have maybe squeezed another 5 -10 hp out.

As Jezza has just said, something is not quite right, however, I am no expert. Sure it will be laggy, but you should be hitting full boost 1.4 bar in my case at around 4800 rpm.

Actually, I forgot to ask what brand turbo it is?

I guess it depends how you want the car to drive. If you want response, you will make less power. If you want power you lose response.

My turbo is a Kingawa TD06 60-1 7cm (very slightly larger than the 20g) I lied before too as it seems max boost is not until 5500rpm going from the dyno sheet with max torque. It is laggy, but my car is a race car.

Attached dyno sheet of my car. The 280 hp still seems low though, unless you are only running 1 - 1.2 bar of boost pressure.

If you are looking at a bigger housing, how about the below?
