Default blouch turbo to suit GC

Just chasing some rough info on what you would recommend for my old gc
specs are

207 block,
cosworth cams and springs
850cc injectors
unequal length headers
GD sti intercooler
butler exhaust

keen on a blouch turbo, wanting to make 350 ish mark at hubs
and want to keep lag at a minimum (i know you cant have the best of both worlds but as good as possible)

I know 3 cars with TD06 20g turbos all kinagawa all making 390+hp
So I think it mite be the setup in your car.
Check the tune on the ecu, also look at the supporting mods
Have you got things like adj cam gears to utilize the cams?
What fuel pressure are you running?
What intake have you got, you need to move lots of air to make lots of HP
Just some small adjustment can get you the hp you want.

no adj cam gears,
wabro fuel pump, with 850cc injectors, other than that no fuel system mods
intake is a samco silicone intake with aps intake and k&n filter in the guard
