Hey guys, new to this forum but been lurking around for a long while.
I have a sti ver6 and lately theres been a bit of crunching in the gear box. i tried changing fluid but it didnt do to much so im guessing it maybe the synchros.

would anyone know roughly how much its costs to get these gearboxes rebuilt including labour to remove and reinstall? its just a daily. completly stock and at most later on down the track i may get a tbe and tune but thats probably it so no need for a 6 speed or dogbox.

i think your best bet is to find another 4.44 v6 box and just drop in.
seen a few floating around ebay for 1k mark
