Default Dropping V6 STI engine into MY99

Hi,

Anyone have experience / knowledge in dropping a V6 STI engine into a MY 99??

My MY99 project took a turn for the worst over the weekend - rings are gone... Could be due to the VF34 I recently bolted to it...

Looking at buying an engine, loom and ECU - from an importer in South Aust.

If you have any stories?? Happy to hear them.

Thanks.

If it was me, I'd just buy a new 02-05 STi short block which comes with forged pistons.

They're pretty cheap if you know where to look/search
