I don't drive my car in slow areas because I don't want anyone to hear any miscellaneous rattle, squeak, clunk it may make. I would be forever shamed, and never recover from it.

Also, any item that has the word 'track' used to describe it is going to be a little gnarlier than 'comfort plus'. It's the price you pay for being racecar.

LOL Heaven forbid that it might actually get some bystanders attention that its actually Tracked "Not to mention, f*ck what people think ".

It's Part of the nature as has been suggested that it's got "track/street" in the product name. If you want non squeak/noisy pads may I suggest Project Mu Brakes - BRAKE PAD - Type NS.

Actually has noise suppression built into the pad with quite abit of bite for the occasional sprint.

Either that or your rotors might need to be machined & might be worth getting a look at.

Go out and get them HOT! (i.e do a hills run)

This allows pad material to bond to the disk surface and helps to eliminate squeaks.

P.s bedding in of brakes takes 2-300km of street use.

I always use EBC's method of bedding in: How to bed in your new brakes for street/urban driving - EBC Brakes

QFM A1RM. $119 per axle. Took me half an hour to fit. No squeaking or squealing of any kind in 500kms and my bedding in was questionable. At the last no limits I was really impressed with the performance of them.

Rotors I have are DBA 5000's so prob makes a difference?

Getting them hot hasn't stopped my noise. Only time mine don't make noise is after a couple laps at barbs. Noise returns once cold.

Rossco-Will give it some more time and try your method (I did a hills run in Jan and it didn't help, but have machined discs again now, will give another shot).

Travis-if that doesn't work then B-Specs will go in

Simon-I tried A1RMs before and I hated them as they squealed heaps on braking(more than the pmu), maybe rotor matters. I'm not sure what's on mine, but looks like they might be the 3000s or 4000s.

Taylor-at least yours only squeal while braking, mine squeals while rolling at low speeds without brakes applied lol

I have A1RM's with cross drilled & slotted Protex rotors (traditionally quite noisy) - they are silent on my car.

You need to get the pads properly hot - you should be able to smell them.
