Busted Pinion Bearing - R180
Anyone had such an issue. If so, did you price up repair, or did you opt to replace the whole thing?
I'm told a repair would be prohibitively expensive (in specialized tooling/labour as opposed to parts themselves), a friend recommended sourcing the complete r180 out of a spec c or 05+ with the plated 2 way, which to me sounds like a better idea.
