Reviving this thread as it is closely related to the grief that I am forecasting this weekend.....

I have to fit a Mamba GTX3076R with a 3 inch inlet as well as an AVO 3 inch silicone inlet hose.

Luckily one of the guys in pwrx gave me a heads up of the dramas that he had experienced last weekend with the same turbo. Many thanks.

The turbo inlet is so close to the tgv that even with the stepper motors deleted the amount of space is absolutely minimal.

Before I die grind my Zerolift nylon tgv inlets I would like to check if there is any room to be made or is it possible to aim the centreline of the turbo away from the TGVs towards the centre of the bonnet. I would imagine that any movement of the turbo will have flow on issues to the down pipe and turbo outlet hose etc.

What have people done to overcome this issue without going rotated?

you could perhaps elongate the 3 bolt holes that connect the turbo to the up pipe and maybe get a couple of degrees of rotation. It wont be much before you start having issues making the down pipe sit flat to it. But every bit helps.

Thanks for that. I am guessing that even a tiny bit of rotation would help. The dump pipe may hold it in place though.
