I would prefer to keep it so might see what the cost will be to fix it.

It's s factory system. It is fully covered under the factory wiring harness with your insurance company. If you have a aftermarket policy check it. I have had these replaced in the past.

My warranty covered mine....go to the dealer if you have it

Was the brant alarm system.
Had it by passed and now its fine
But keeps blowing a fuse thats for the stereo and aircon/heater still grrrr.

Who bypassed it? Did you alert them of the symptoms afterwards?

And no i didnt because it was blown before and while they were bypassing the keypad they replaced the relay for me but then on the way home it blew again.
