Default 07 STi issues :(

Hi guys
I have a 2007 STi, and im having issues.
When i try start it it sometimes idles really low rpm then stalls and sometimes while driving the engine rpm drops and stalls while sometimes it just does it for like a few seconds then goes back to normal.
Iv had the fuel pump and fuel pump relay replaced ran a fuel system cleaner twice and hasnt made a difference.
Its very random.
Anyone have any ideas ?

Thanks.
Alex.

Whatever you do, dont just do the "rip out the brant" fix then find your car stolen a few months later.... fix it, get the brant internal battery changed, simple fix ...or sometimes its a sign of your cars electrics affecting the brant (any electrical power fluctuations affects the brant, get tested and replace car battery/alternator if needed)... only rip out the brant when all avenues have been exhausted, who services the car by the way?

Could be a vacuum leak somewhere somewhere or a long list of other things too.

Sorry not maf sensor, forgot to mention had that replaced also.
Im thinking its brant alarm as from what iv read its exactly the same thing as mines doing.
So will try that first.
The way people seem to fix it is remove it or plug in some bypass thing.
Can it actually be fixed ?

Subaru dealer can fix it and generally turns out to be an electrical issue or a sensor...not sure if thats the norm but that was my personal experience when I had brant issues anyway, so yes it can be fixed but will cost a few $.

Many other shops will just say take it out without investigating the brant system itself and a lot of people just rather not have the brant too.

My brant issues - the control module under the dash was cactus. Broken solders on the PCB caused intermittent issues, cutting out when driving etc.

Removed entirely.
