Default 2012 WRX CEL light Traction control / & flashing cruise control issue

Hi , i have recently had the TBE system installed as well as the recommended re map / tune . car seems to run fine however i have had the CEL light , traction control light , & flashing cruise control light come on 2 days later .

i took it back to where it was tuned and they cleared the lights for me and said it had triggered a fault due to the 02 sensor being in a different position on the new exhaust . the lights have since come back on again and i dont like driving it like that just incase its doing potential damage . Is there something i can suggest to my tuner that will stop the lights / fault form occuring permanently . i have spoke to other tuners over the weekend and they have said if it was an ecutek type tune they can fix the issue however mine is not an ecutek tune . i will find out what mapping software they have used on mine but if anyone has had this issue and resolved it please let me know .

thanks in advance MH

Where did you take it for tune, and to have the lights cleared?
You may learn that one particular tuner in Perth seems to have this result after tuning cars... dash lights.

Keen to know said tuner?

what exhaust did you get installed? brand name?
if it a good quality product then it should have the o2 sensor bung in the same spot as OEM.
maybe take it to a mettams or carline and have them weld in a new bung in the right spot.

it's unlikely you are doing any sort of damage by continuing to drive with the CEL light. TCL/cruise lights come on in these models when a CEL is thrown, don't stress too much about them coming on.
