The block sounds like its upto the task. I can't comment on the rods as I have no experience of them. What studs do you have?

As a reference point. Mine has been sleeved but no CDB insert but has 14mm Headstuds

That made 452 at the wheels with 21psi on e85 without much timing. We were just about to start pushing it when one of the heads cracked allowing coolant into one of the exhaust ports.

I'm going to put 30psi maybe 32 through mine and we'll see if it holds together.

I'm sure there's plenty more to come from yours by the sounds of things.

That's as far as I'd be willing to take an unstrengthened 257 block. I've seen quite a few blocks split where the recess for the case bolts is machined with not much more power than that. Again many factors and variables involved in that but is can and does happen, frequently too.

Unfortunately im not sure what studs where used the receipt just says ej25 closed deck mod with liners & studs. Im not going to be chasing crazy power anway, id say if i went e85 id end up with around 370hp at the huds.

Tony knight builds great engines, when i got mine built a few years back now. Not sure of his current status though.
