WRX Dash/Heater Light Issue

Hello,
My WRX's dash board and heater control lights keep cutting out or not working at all, sometimes when I drive over a bump or shut the door hard they come back on or turn back off. I have already tried replacing the headlight stalk but that has not solved the problem. Has anyone else ever had this issue.
