Will a GD* WRX Turbo intake fit a GC/GF8 WRX?
Just wondering can anyone confirm if a GD WRX turbo intake will fit a 98/99 (VER 5/6) GC8 Wrx?
Ive seen a full length silicone turbo intake for reasonable money for a GD,wondered how much of a drama it would be to fit. Cheers Last edited by starbo; 15-09-2016 at 03:56 PM. |

I think Seagull posted a reply....and they are tricky and fiddly to fit.

From my limited Subaru experience I don't think it will fit due to the GD having a remote power steering reservoir. The intakes on them have basically a mandrel bend where as the GC has a straight edge on the corner so it can squeeze past the reservoir.
If you change over the power steering equipment and fit inlet manifold spacers it might fit.... |
