Rear lower strut brace for 2009 GR WRX

Hi,

To install a Rear lower strut brace for 2009 GR as per picture below. Is it just as simple as undoing 2 bolts & attaching the lower rear brace & doing up the bolts again? Or is it more complicated than this.
