Dude if you broken them I will be shocked... just rebuilt my box atm 515nm at the hubs for 10000km..launching whenever I can. Mine is 1-4 Straight syncro and the gears look brand new even the mechanic was amazed how they looked. Now the syncros there is another story....

Sounds like forks. The pins rattle out the forks due to the vibrations the straight cut gears make or it broke.

If its a selector fork, definitely not, because they werent replaced i.e. they are still your standard ones.

Not if its forks. If its one of the gears PPG are usually good and will cover any manufacturing faults under warranty.

bad luck there dude. thats why in modding circles, the general rule is, if it breaks, fix it properly the first time and try to replace everything even if it costs that much more. then u generally dont have to worry about it again.
