The oil seal is most likely blown on the hot turbine side. So your O2 sensor will be covered in oil and possibly fouled. You may need to replace the O2 sensor and you may as well do it when the new turbo goes in and your dump pipe is off.
However, if the oil seal is blown on the compressor side (unlikely but still possible), then your intake post turbo will be covered in oil. So when you replace the turbo, make sure to check the inter cooler and intake system post turbo for large quantities of oil residue. You can clean out the inter cooler by removing it and swishing around some mineral turpentine and allowing it to air out to dry. As for the throttle body, give it a spray with carby cleaner and wipe off any residue with a lint free cloth. And lastly the intake manifold may also be covered in oil and shit, so run some upper engine cleaner through it once everything has been put back together.
