Nope we cheacked for that and the section where it happend you couldnt get to not to mention it was pitch black under there.

There is a walkway under there but to get to the edge of the wharf is just about impossible especially at night.

I climbed down the ladder and shined torch there but no one around

Not saying ur making it up or anything but at the back (maybe 5m or so) theres a platform from where people clearly go and we went about 80m to climb back up one day. You have to climb up all sorts of beams and pylons though. Also the biggest buff bream you will ever come across live underneath it all! Mate used to drive his boat to freo tafe and after a fang up the river he dropped us off at the bottom of the wall

We came up in a locked section and got nailed for jumping a fence

Where is this kings park location?

I could of sworn last time i was there i could hear weird noises like a kid calling something . . . and no one was around anywhere!
