Speak to Tom, he is the mechanical supervisor (croatian fella i think) he was honest with me when i broke my g-box, told me to fit a 2nd hand one somewhere else coz it will be cheaper, didnt charge me for diagnosis (coz the noise sounded either from g-box or diff so i wasnt sure).

Might be coz im from that part of europe as well, either way he was honest with me.
