Well as some know i broke my power steering pump on the possum bourne cruise. So took it back to ozzy park for warranty, they said that my pump was stuffed internally and that i had to wait 3 days to get a new pump from over east. they also told me that there was only 1 pump in Aus! They call me today to say that new pump has arrived and that my car would be ready at 4pm. I then get called back and he left a message saying that they were having problems fitting it...they call back 1/2 hour later and say that the new pump is stuffed aswell and doesnt pump fluid at all!!!!! So i now have to wait for another pump to get here, but now he tells me that there are 2 more over east.....where did they come from???? but he says that if both are reserved that ill have to waith for 1 from Japan!!!

All i want to know is did the new pump really not work or have they broken something else and dont want to tell me????

id be more worried if they sourced a 2nd hand one just to do it on time

Not much to worry about bro. I'm surprised a part like that isn't kept in stock though.

If the story aint straight from the beginning to end then something is fishy, but basically it sounds like they tried to fix the pump by bodging it up but learn't they couldn't get away with this so now are ordering the part! I wouldn't be too alarmed, but more annoyed for being DickeD around!!!

Have they provided you with a replacement car for their incompetence?

Nah no car......yet i told him today that i wanted a car he rekons he'll sort it on monday so ill see what happens! Ill be chekin that the pump is new...specially as it costs $1100!!!!
