Actually, it's not. At 5.30am there is a lot of traffic through there. Whilst there would be less at 4.40am, still a lot out there. Just coming out of road works, too many on/off ramps real quick (Roe/Berigan/Beeliar) is not a good place to set land speed records imo.

Go past Anketell or Thomas Road, then it is clearer.
