Looks like the north bound side given the bike track on the left.
Shouldn't be packed with traffic at midday. Someone likely screwed up.

My mates dad has a big plot near barbs and he had mates over one day doing burrnouts on his pad in there garden (out of public view nowhere near anything) and the cops came and said that if they have burnouts again they'll get fines and stuff for noise pollution

This is very sad but hardly suprising given Ford Aust sales figures and losses over the last 5 years.
The people working in the Ford plants at Broadmeadows and Geelong will struggle to find any sort of new employment and will likely be long term unemployed. The Shell refinery in Geelong will be the next to close. It will be a ghost town in 5 years time.
