There is a story in one of the latest fishing mags and these guys go hunting big sharks in a 6.2 metre trailer boat. They have caught two tigers so far. One was 560 kgs and the other was just over 500. There are photos of these things with the tail wrapped around the cabin. They are absolutely crazy.

More stupid than crazy i think!!

I've seen 500-600kgs worth of shark off the back of a 46ft game boat... A 6.2m trailer boat out wide is asking for trouble if you ask me!

Still its not my boat and i'd be suprised if they actually put 500kgs of tiger shark to "good" use. Maybe karma will kick in and they'll end up capsized 25mile out

Rofl, they use a pic of a great white when it was a 90kg mako that did the damage. Admittedly mako's are angry angry things but hardly in same league!

Still, it will teach him that if hes going to bring jaws on board, make sure its not still angry!

Anyone catching the shark week on foxtel? Was good, bloody makos swim at 37 mph or 9.7meters a second. Thats insane, how do you escape something that moves 2.5times your body length in a second?
