ROFL, buy a pushbike. This is probably the third thread this year on petrol prices.

$2 a litre is nothing. Build a fuckin bridge.

your bridge will also be affected by fuel prices you know , the cost of carting the building materials will go up and with interest rates on the rise allot of aussies cant afford to build a bridge these days

LOL Polar everyone knows you're moving to the US by now! We don't need to know in every thread.

I'm assuming the DVD business is better in the good ole U S of A??

back on topic.....try running race fuel in your toy for weekends, starts at $4.00 a litre and you'll use a good 60L for a session at wanners!

Hi,

I can't believe some people actually think the only thing that fuel price effects is how much it costs you to fill up your car.

Sure, they've been saying it for a while, but look at the barrel price. Highest in history (inf. adj.) and for every $1 a barrel more we pay, it's just over a cent at the pump.

Cheers,
Nik

I CANT BELIEVE THAT AUSSIES DONT KNOW THAT PETROL EXCISE WAS PUT IN PLACE SO THAT DURING TIMES OF HIGH OIL COSTS THE GOVT WOULD BE ABLE TO SUBSIDIZE THE COST TO AUSTRALIAN MOTORISTS. OF COURSE, LIKE THE CARNTS THEY ARE THEY HAVE JUST PUT ALL THE MONEY INTO GENERAL REVENUE LIKE SPEEDING FINES AND HAVE NOT DONE WHAT THEY PROMISED WHEN FUEL EXCISE LEGISLATION WAS IMPLEMENTED. LOOK UP FUEL PRICE PARITY SCHEME. AND YES IM SHOUTING!
